Approved refunds are issued as store credit to your account, ready to use on your next order. Your balance is linked to your account and shown automatically at checkout. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
How do I use my store credit?
Log in to your account (or pay with Shop Pay) and your available store credit is applied automatically at checkout. You can view your balance anytime in your account. Please note: store credit expires 6 months after it is issued – unused credit can't be used after that date.
